Return and Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective, or we made an error in processing your order.
